Internal Components

This integrated power and lighting distribution cabinet acts as core low-voltage power distribution equipment, uniformly distributing power for three-phase industrial power loads and single-phase lighting loads. The built-in main incoming molded case circuit breaker controls the whole cabinet's power supply and provides overload & short-circuit protection. Multiple three-phase branch switches manage high-power equipment such as fans and machine tools, while independent single-phase miniature breakers control lighting and socket loads in separate zones. The cabinet physically separates power and lighting circuits to prevent lighting flicker caused by high-power equipment startup. Standardized busbars deliver stable current transmission, and a full grounding system eliminates electric leakage risks. It completes graded protection and power distribution for all electrical loads in factories or stores in one unit, ensuring safe and orderly operation of the entire power system.

 

Product Advantages

The cabinet body is integrally stamped with thick cold-rolled steel plates, adopting a double-door sealed structure with dustproof and waterproof sealing strips. Its electrostatic spraying surface resists rust and corrosion, and the matching door lock improves operation safety. All core electrical components are certified CHNT circuit breakers with 3C, CE, DEKA international certifications, featuring strong breaking capacity and stable long-term operation. Insulated red-yellow-blue busbars are used inside with clear phase sequence marks. System Composition
Incoming Cabinet: Serves as the main power inlet of the plant power distribution system. It receives electric energy from the upstream high voltage system, equipped with large capacity main circuit breakers and smart metering instruments, to realize main power on off control, energy metering, short circuit and overload protection, building the first safety line of power supply for the whole plant.
Fixed Feeder Cabinet: Multiple AA series cabinets are arranged in rows. Each cabinet integrates multiple independent fixed outgoing circuits, which precisely distribute electric energy to various loads such as chemical pumps, fan compressors, circulating water systems, instrument control cabinets and lighting systems, realizing zoned and graded power supply as well as independent load control.
