Working Principle
Controlling the Operation of the Water Pump: Through the internal control circuits and components, such as contactors and relays, control operations such as starting, stopping, and forward and reverse rotation of the water pump are achieved to meet different application requirements. For example, in a constant pressure water supply system, according to the changes in the pressure of the water supply network, the running frequency and start-stop of the water pump are automatically controlled to maintain the water pressure stable.
Explosion-proof Principle: Explosion-proof technologies such as flameproof type and increased-safety type are adopted. The electrical components that may generate sparks, arcs, or high temperatures are enclosed in the flameproof chamber, ensuring that the energy generated during normal operation or in case of a fault will not ignite the external explosive gas or dust environment. For the increased-safety part, measures such as increasing the electrical clearance and creepage distance, and strengthening the insulation are taken to further improve the safety of the equipment.
Functional Features
Multiple Protection Functions: It has multiple protection functions such as overload protection, short-circuit protection, phase-loss protection, as well as protection against water leakage of the pump body, overheating of the motor, and electric leakage. These functions can effectively protect the safe operation of the water pump and the motor. In case of a fault, the power supply will be cut off in a timely manner to prevent the accident from expanding.
Multiple Control Modes: It has single-pump and multi-pump control working modes, as well as various main and standby pump switching methods, such as manual switching and automatic switching. Different starting methods can also be selected according to different application scenarios, such as direct starting, star-delta starting, and soft starting.
Status Display Function: It is equipped with instruments such as indicator lights, ammeters, and voltmeters, which can display the running status of the water pump in real time, such as running, stopped, and faulty. This is convenient for operators to monitor and maintain.
Remote Control Function: It supports remote control and monitoring. It can be connected to the upper computer or control system through a communication interface to achieve remote operation and management, which improves the degree of automation of the equipment and the management efficiency.
