Structural Components
- Cabinet Body: Materials such as Q235B steel plate, 304 or 316L stainless steel, and aluminum alloy are commonly selected. Steel plates are robust and durable; stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for humid and corrosive environments; aluminum alloy is lightweight with good heat dissipation performance. The cabinet features a double-layer steel plate structure, with an air flame-retardant layer in between for enhanced heat insulation. The door and the cabinet body are sealed with flat or tongue-and-groove flameproof joints, combined with rubber sealing rings, to prevent hazardous gases from entering.
- Electrical Components: Circuit breakers, contactors, and other components are all explosion-proof certified products. Explosion-proof contactors are equipped with special arc extinguishing devices. Electrical wires are introduced into the cabinet through explosion-proof cable glands to ensure a sealed connection between the cables and the cabinet, preventing gas from entering through the cable channels. Additionally, different types of circuits are properly arranged and isolated to avoid interference and malfunctions.
- Auxiliary Systems: Heat dissipation is achieved through heat sinks, explosion-proof fans, or air conditioners. Some cabinets are equipped with ventilation openings, which can be integrated with the positive pressure control system. Pressure sensors, temperature sensors, and gas concentration sensors are installed inside to monitor parameters in real-time. In case of any abnormal parameters, audible and visual alarms will be triggered immediately to notify the staff to take action.
