Working Principle
The low-voltage distribution box distributes the electrical energy from the transformer or the upper-level distribution cabinet to each branch circuit through the busbars. When the circuit is operating normally, the switching equipment remains in the closed state, and the electrical energy is smoothly transmitted to the electrical equipment. Once faults such as overload, short circuit, or leakage occur in the circuit, the corresponding protective devices will act promptly to cut off the power supply, preventing the accident from expanding. At the same time, the metering instruments monitor the circuit parameters in real time and provide users with accurate electricity consumption data.
1. Power Distribution

2. Circuit Protection

3. Metering and Monitoring
It can be optionally equipped with electricity meters, voltmeters, ammeters, etc. to monitor parameters such as voltage, current, and power in real - time, facilitating energy consumption management and fault troubleshooting.
4. Protection and Isolation
The box body is made of metal materials (such as cold - rolled steel sheets and stainless steel) or non - metal materials (such as ABS engineering plastics), and has functions of dust prevention, moisture prevention, and electric shock prevention to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
