Internal Components
This two-stage low-voltage power distribution cabinet set consists of AA1 primary incoming main cabinet and AA2 secondary distribution cabinet, constructing a 400V three-phase five-wire hierarchical power distribution system for factories. As the main power hub, AA1 receives low-voltage power from transformers, controlling the whole plant's main power and offering primary protection against overload and short circuit. After receiving power fed by AA1, AA2 distributes electricity to loads of multiple zones and provides separate breaking protection for each workshop and equipment branch. The hierarchical structure isolates faults, so tripping of a single branch will not cut off power of the whole factory. Equipped with independent neutral bars and grounding bars, the cabinet collects cables in standard ways, with insulated copper bar covers preventing electric shock during maintenance. It stably transmits power and monitors circuit safety to ensure continuous and reliable power supply for factory production.
Product Advantages
The cabinet body is integrally bent with thickened cold-rolled steel plate and treated with electrostatic plastic spraying for rust and dust resistance. Single-door and double-door structures are matched for different power distribution capacities, and bottom louver ventilation slots optimize heat dissipation. The whole set adopts national standard thickened conductive copper bars and original Chint molded case circuit breakers. Wiring, voltage resistance and phase sequence full inspections are completed before delivery, so only cable connection is needed for on-site operation. Modular mounting beams reserve enough expansion space for adding circuits when new production lines are built later. Dual hierarchical protection reduces power failure losses. Industrial door locks prevent dust and theft, and matched wooden pallets facilitate transportation. It adapts to 24/7 long-term factory operation with easy maintenance and lower capacity expansion costs.

Custom designed for high risk, 24 hour continuous production scenarios in the petrochemical industry, this system is modularly combined with incoming cabinets and multiple fixed feeder cabinets (covering cabinet numbers AA1to AA10). It covers the whole process including main power access, centralized power distribution and precise power supply for terminal loads, providing an integrated, high safety and uninterruptible low voltage power distribution solution for petrochemical plant production units, pump power systems, instrument automatic control, utility works and tank supporting facilities. It serves as the core power hub for stable operation of chemical industry.
System Composition
Incoming Cabinet: Serves as the main power inlet of the plant power distribution system. It receives electric energy from the upstream high voltage system, equipped with large capacity main circuit breakers and smart metering instruments, to realize main power on off control, energy metering, short circuit and overload protection, building the first safety line of power supply for the whole plant.
Fixed Feeder Cabinet: Multiple AA series cabinets are arranged in rows. Each cabinet integrates multiple independent fixed outgoing circuits, which precisely distribute electric energy to various loads such as chemical pumps, fan compressors, circulating water systems, instrument control cabinets and lighting systems, realizing zoned and graded power supply as well as independent load control.
