Working Principle
- Data Reception and Processing: The control board receives control commands and data from external devices, such as display content, brightness adjustment, and color settings, through the data transmission interface. It parses and processes these data, converting them into control signals suitable for LED devices.
- Signal Transmission: The processed control signals are sent to LED devices via the data transmission interface. For LED displays, the signals control the luminous color and brightness of each pixel to show the desired images or texts. For LED lighting fixtures, the signals control functions like switching on/off, brightness adjustment, and color temperature adjustment.
- Feedback and Monitoring: Some LED control cabinet systems have a feedback function. LED devices can send their own working status (such as temperature, voltage, current, etc.) back to the control board. The control board monitors and adjusts according to this feedback information. For example, when it detects that the temperature of the LED device is too high, it will automatically reduce the brightness or start the cooling fan.
