Structure Introduction

Working principle
Electricity distribution: High voltage alternating current input from the power grid enters the busbar through circuit breakers in the distribution cabinet, and is then distributed to different modules of the charging station through circuit breakers in each branch. For example, a portion of the electrical energy is transmitted to the charging module, which converts AC power into DC power suitable for charging electric vehicle batteries; The other part of the power supply control unit and display screen are used to achieve functions such as operation control and status display of the charging station.
Circuit protection: Circuit breakers can automatically cut off the circuit in the event of overload, short circuit, or other faults, preventing the fault range from expanding and protecting the safety of charging station equipment and electric vehicle batteries. When the current is too high, the fuse melts, cutting off the circuit and providing short-circuit protection.
Control and monitoring: The contactors and relays in the distribution cabinet can be controlled to turn on and off the circuit according to the control instructions of the charging station system. At the same time, by installing monitoring components such as current transformers and voltage sensors, real-time monitoring of current, voltage and other parameters in the circuit is carried out, and the data is fed back to the control system of the charging station to adjust the charging parameters in a timely manner, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the charging process.
