Convergence and Distribution:
The DC combiner cabinet collects the DC wires of multiple photovoltaic strings, reducing the complexity of the circuit; The AC distribution cabinet distributes the AC power output by the inverter to the grid, load, or energy storage, achieving a "one in, multiple out" power distribution.
Safeguard:
Overcurrent/Short Circuit Protection: By using circuit breakers or fuses, the circuit can be quickly cut off in case of string short circuits, inverter failures, etc., to protect photovoltaic modules and inverters.
Lightning protection grounding: Equipped with built-in lightning arresters and grounding terminals, it discharges surge currents generated by lightning strikes to prevent equipment from being broken down.
Reverse connection/reverse flow protection: prevent the positive and negative poles of the photovoltaic string from being connected in reverse (DC side) or the current from flowing into the grid in reverse (AC side, especially in off grid systems).
Insulation monitoring: The DC side is equipped with insulation monitoring devices to detect the insulation resistance of the line to ground, in order to avoid safety accidents caused by leakage.
Grid connected control (AC side):
The communication distribution cabinet integrates grid connected contactors and anti islanding protection devices. When the power grid is normal, the contactors are closed to achieve grid connection; When there is a power outage in the grid, the anti islanding device quickly disconnects the grid connected circuit to avoid the photovoltaic system from sending electricity back to the grid (ensuring maintenance safety).
