Explosion-proof distribution box

An explosion-proof distribution box is an electrical device with explosion-proof performance. It is mainly used in dangerous environments where there are flammable and explosive gases, dust, etc. It is used to distribute electrical energy, control electrical equipment, and ensure the safe operation of the electrical system.

 

Structural Features
Shell: It is generally made of high-strength cast aluminum alloy, stainless steel, engineering plastics and other materials. The cast aluminum alloy shell has good mechanical strength and heat dissipation performance; the stainless steel shell has stronger corrosion resistance and is suitable for more harsh environments; the engineering plastic shell is relatively lightweight and has a certain impact resistance.
Flameproof Joint Surface: It is a key part of the explosion-proof distribution box. Through the precisely processed flameproof joint surface, the internal electrical components are separated from the external dangerous environment. Parameters such as the clearance and roughness of the flameproof joint surface have strict standard requirements to ensure that when an explosion occurs inside, the flame will not spread to the external environment.
Inlet and Outlet Ports: Usually equipped with explosion-proof cable glands or sealing rubber rings, which are used to seal the incoming and outgoing cables to prevent flammable and explosive gases or dust from entering the inside of the box body. The quantity and specifications of the inlet and outlet ports can be customized according to actual needs.
Internal Components: It includes various electrical components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, fuses, indicator lights, buttons, etc. These components are reasonably arranged and installed according to different functions and uses.
