Three-Power Transfer Cabinet
The Three-Power Transfer Cabinet (ATS Three-Power Transfer Cabinet) is a key device capable of automatically or manually switching between mains power, diesel generator, and UPS backup power. Its core function is to ensure the continuous power supply for critical loads and avoid operational interruptions caused by a single power source failure.
Working Principle
Normal Power Supply: By default, mains power is used as the main power source, with real-time monitoring of its voltage and frequency.
Abnormal Switching: When the mains power fails, the UPS immediately takes over the power supply seamlessly and triggers the start of the diesel generator; after the generator output stabilizes, it automatically switches to generator power supply to extend the UPS runtime.
Recovery Switching: When the mains power returns to normal and is detected as stable, it automatically switches back to mains power, the generator shuts down, and the UPS returns to standby mode.
Operation Mode: Supports automatic logic switching, and can also manually select the power source through the panel to adapt to special working conditions.
Core Components
ATS Transfer Switch: With a contactor or circuit breaker structure, it cuts off the faulty power source and connects the backup power source in milliseconds.
Intelligent Controller: Collects parameters of the three power sources, controls switching according to preset logic, and supports remote monitoring and alarming.
Protection Device: Integrates overcurrent, short-circuit, and undervoltage protection to prevent abnormal power impact on equipment.
