Working principle
Its work is based on power electronics technology and automatic control principles. The operator sets the operating parameters of the motor through the control panel, such as target speed, acceleration and deceleration time, etc. The control circuit sends instructions to the frequency converter based on the set parameters. The frequency converter rectifies and inverts the input AC power, and outputs AC power with variable frequency and voltage to supply to the motor. At the same time, the operating status of the motor will be fed back to the control circuit through sensors, and the control circuit will adjust the output of the frequency converter in real time based on the feedback information to ensure that the motor runs stably in the set state.
